The authors wish to recognize the important contributions to School ADvance from our training and distribution partner, the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators (MASA). Additionally, the authors recognize the support for continued research through our partnership with Western Michigan University (WMU). Original development partners of School ADvance included members of the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators (MASA), Michigan ASCD, and the Michigan Association of Intermediate School Administrators (MAISA), along with practicing school leaders, higher education faculty in school leader preparation, members of the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB), Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP), Michigan Elementary and Middle School Principals Associations (MEMSPA), and both in- and out-of-state sources in educator evaluation.
Thanks to partnerships with several online management system providers, School ADvance tools and documents can be easily adopted without changing the way districts track, manage, store and communicate evaluation data in districts that are using three of the teacher evaluation systems recommended by the Michigan Council for Educator Effectiveness (MCEE).
Note: If you are using one of these management systems, you will need to retrieve your usernames and passwords from the management company. MASA does not have access to usernames and passwords.
