School ADvance (SA) Board Member Rater Reliability Training: This training session is required for districts who are licensed to use the SA Administrator Evaluation tool and have previously been trained by a certified trainer for SA. It is a three hour training session for Board members that will cover the SA calibration process used for SA rater reliability. Current legislation requires that any evaluator who will be using SA to evaluate an administrator must attend a SA Rater Reliability training, after the initial SA Board training and then, once every three years thereafter.
