School ADvance (SA) Administrator Rater Reliability Training: This training session is required for districts who are licensed to use the SA Administrator Evaluation tool and have previously been trained by a certified trainer for SA. It is a three hour training session that will cover the SA calibration process used for SA rater reliability. Current legislation requires that any administrator who will be using SA to evaluate other administrators must attend a SA Rater Reliability training, after the initial SA administrator training and then, once every three years thereafter.
